“I was happy the owner, Dave B. came out to do a home inspection on a property I wasn’t sure on. I was told from the seller’s realtor the homeowner is a contractor and at that point I assumed the home would be well maintained but in reality the problems were well camouflaged instead. Based on the naked eye, the exterior and structure of the home seem fine and move-in ready but after reading the detailed inspection report there were more issues than expected, from mold issues to sewage, flooding etc. The meticulous and passionate job completed by Dave gave me a peace of mind.
